1. Machine Description
This is the new type machine, which was improved and designed on the basis of overseas equipment advantage to meet domestic and overseas cosmetic special packaging requirement. This machine can meet crystal facial mask, eyes pads, nose pack, pleura etc gel material, perfume material packaging requirement.
This machine adopt PLC, Human-Interface operation control, adopt servo dragging control, accuracy and steady. With high dispose, all electric component adopt brand product, all appearance adopt 304SS, the parts contact with material adopt innocuity and corrosion resisting material, two layers working table, closed mechanic inner side, safety humanization and intelligentize design, each station layout beautiful, conforms to GMP Standard and CE Certificate. It`s advanced first-level equipment in daily chemicals industry.
The principle and process: Sheet automatic forming, material filling, cooling, sealing, system orientation, cutting, waste winding. Running steady with servo, special constant temperature storage mechanism, accurate filling for magnetic force feeding mechanism, the weight within ±0.3g, the filling process controlled by constant temperature, non-block, easily cleaning, quick cooling and fixing pattern, well sealing, orientation cutting without error, clear net web, high and novel product.
